hi im british and my husband is south african we have two children and im pregnant we are leaving to south africa soon aswel.
when we got engaged we had to go to a lawyer to apply for a certificate of approval to get married in england (in my opinon this is the best lawyer you can get in northampton or england really) they had gather information about our relationship to make sure we were generaly wanted to get married.
it took a bit of time but my lawyer managed to do it quite quickly considering.
i have been told that i dont need a visa or anything else to move to south africa.
