I am a property broker, and I have an apartment for rent in Al Hamra District : 3 b/r, 3 receptions. Rental rate varies from SR 50 K - 60 K / annum depending on the apartment location. Payment 1 cheque in advance. The apartment is unfurnished, and it has elevator, and parking facility.
