Need Drivers from srilanka with gcc lisence.

Please find below the requirements of Heavy Commercial vehicles drivers:
1. The divers to have a valid Original GCC Heavy Equipment License
2. Position : Driver - heavy equipments
3. Total Salary per month : Qr. 2050/- per month
Basic Salary : Qr.1500 / month
Housing allowance : Qr.300 / month
Mob. allowance : Qr.50 / month
Food allowance : Qr.200 / month
4. Accommodation : To be provided by the company
5. Incentives / Overtime : Overtime will be given on pro rata basis when assigned in projects / or trip based incentives will be given as per the company policy.
6. End of service Gratuity : Payable after one year service at the rate of 30 days basic salary per year prorated.
7. Leave : One month paid leave with completion of 1 year service.
8. Passage : Once in every 2 years by economy class Doha – colombo - Doha for the employee only.
9. Medical : Reimbursement for medical treatment at government health centers and hospital in the state of Qatar.
10. Probation period : Three months. Confirmation of employment after probation will be subjected to a review of your performance during the probation period.
11. Notice period during
Probation : 2 weeks notice is required to be given for termination by either side.
12. Notice period during
Probation : 3 months notice is required to be given for termination by either side.
13. Termination : Either party has the right to terminate employment without assigning any reason
14. Residence status : 'Single' for the purpose of all benefits, including medical & registration fees with government departments.
15. Experience : Minimum of 6 months experience in any of the GCC countries with heavy equipments.
16. Contract period : Two years.
The selected applicant will not be permitted to work anywhere else on part time/full time basis as long as he remains as an employee of this organization. The appointment of the applicants are subject to company securing necessary approval from government authorities (re immigration, employment and medical) satisfactory references and will be followed by execution of a detail contract after the completion of probation period.
