Idaho State Capitol Restoration And Expansion: Support DPW in a total renovation of the circa 1912 Capitol Bldg. The construction cost of $120 million includes two underground wings, retaining in the original building’s character.
Project Manager: Part of a joint venture project management team of 5. My focus was RFI’s, submittals, attending sub-contractors meetings, daily site inspections, tracking deductive RFI”s and finish detail coordination.

Sky Ute Casino and Lodge – Ignacio Colorado: Support Casino Owner in the approx. $80 million dollar Type 1B construction of a twin 5 storey, 142 key/150 room hotel tower 288,640 sq. ft. facility, with gaming room, 24 lane bowling alley, multiple restaurants and events center.
Project Manager: Project management team of 5; client liaison with in-house departments in completing final building punch list items, coordinating delivery and punch list of all FF&E, attending meeting on the relocation of equipment from existing facility.

Wild Horse Pass Indian Community, Lone Butte Casino Phoenix, AZ
Support Client in a design build 120,000 sf casino $60 million project
Parsons Project Manager: Client liaison with in-house departments assuring that the casino will be built to the operators’ requirements. Coordinate weekly team meetings, write agenda, write meeting minutes, distribute information, and organize special meetings if required. Review consultant, design build contractor’s invoice.

La Palazzo the Venetian Hotel and Casino Expansion Project, Las Vegas, NV
A 52 story, 3,025 room hotel with casino addition to the existing Venetian Hotel and providing additional 105,000 sf of public spaces, theaters, Lagoon extension and restaurants. The 6 million +sf project GMP is 1.8 billion dollars.
Architect’s Project Manager/Construction Administration: Implement and interpret design documents during construction through Construction Administration procedures. Liaison on design concepts, site supervision and review of project documents. Review all RFIs, shop drawings and submittals and resolve all outstanding issues to client satisfaction. Attend all meetings with consultants, take minutes and distribute meeting notes.
