visit visa

hi sir,

i am quite confuse please suggest me what should i do . i have received an offer letter for the post of teaching ,but they are calling me right now on visist visa because they need me urgent there .and said they will apply from there for me for emplyment visa . so please tell me is it ok should i give joining them on visist visa.
