q8 psychiatrist search

• Yeah, there is the Psychiatric Hospital. I tried going there once as a feeble last attempt to actually get treated. I met with an African doctor there. He wasn't of any help. He actually stopped responding to my emails and he never picks up his phone. That might be because I told him that I needed treatment without opening a file at the hospital. Unforetunately, opening a file at the Psychiatric Hospital (AKA "The loony bin" can be used against you in a court of law here in Kuwait. Even if you're getting treated for ADD you are still technically "of ill mental health". Officially, because its on signed government records. But the brightside is if you commit murder and you have a file there then you don't go to jail because "officially" YOU CRAZY!
  
  Yeah, so I've given up hope of getting any real treatment here in Q8.
  
  I also tried another psychatirst. I can't remember where he was. Salmiya or maybe Hawally, I can't remember. Anyway, he was Egyptian. And, honestly, he was a complete joke and a waste of time.
