Citi

• Citibank works fine. costs 10 US dollar per transfer. The catch is you can currently only transfer from an ATM in the US. However Citibank sucks. Have nothing but trouble. You will love the German banks like Dresdner or Deutsche. In contrast to Citi they actually appreciate you as a customer. And there is no shuch thing as credit history.
