Looking for single room, studio/flat in Leiden

• I'm looking for a furnished single room with shared or independent facilities in Leiden.It can also be a studio or flat.(From June to september)
  Water, gas, electricity, internet are prefered to be included in the overall price.
  The maximum price that I can afford is around 450EUR.
