Somebody Help me

• Hi!
  I´m East African living here for almost 3 years.I was married to a German lady and we have a 13months old son whom i love so much.
  We are unfortunately separated and my X makes my life hell on earth right now coz she decides when i can see my Son and she even promised to spoil my living permit.I have unlimited work permit but lost my job two month ago.I´m supposed to get my stay permit renued in September this year.I´m really dont think things would work out right.
  what i´m i supposed to do?

  You are in for trouble! That's the bad news. The good news is that since you are -- or at least trying -- to take care of your child. She might surely complain to the authorities but she will not really endanger your status.
