wanta to get a job

High! I`m a Ukrainian student, 21 years old. I just finished the university, so I`ve got bachelor degree in Kyiv Politechnical Institute(direction of preparation - telecommunications) and I have already graduated from the university which prepares translators - so I coommunicate English fluently. Additional skills: have some experience of web-development (knowledge 0f HTML, CSS, PHP). I plan to move abroad from Ukraine `cause the salaries are too low here.If someone could help me (just even an advice) or had any offers my e-mail is [email removed]
