Work Permit

• Hi There!
  
  I'm Brazilian moving to Brussels. I was invited to work in an IT company. Everything is working fine, I´m just waiting for the work permit.
  Is it hard to get it? I know it takes time, something about 6-8 weeks.
  
  I´m a little affraid because it can be denied.
  
  Could you guys tell me your experiece with getting a work permit?
