Job for a southamerican woman

• Hi I hope somebody can help me. I'm chilean but I've been living in Belgium since 4 years ago, my husband and son are both of them belgians, I can work in belgium but I don't know if I need a visa to work in Holland and if it's so, is it difficult to get one?
