Can he get Dutch citizenship?

• I'm a Chinese woman, I met my "husband" four years ago, we got a daughter in 2003 and she got Chinese nationality. Now we are expecting the second baby, our son. As everybody knows, only one child is permitted, and our son can not get Chinese nationality unless we have to pay about half million rmb for panalty. The problem is we didn't really get officailly married, mainly because my "husband" didn't want and I don't care the marriage either as long as we still love each other. Can my son get Dutch nationality? Can you give me some information about this?
