This major international on-line gaming and sports betting company have an opportunity for a Customer Services Manager to head up their customer services team. Your responsibilities will include improving effectiveness and quality standards across the Company, including:-
Improving smooth running of Customer services
Ensuring that a favourable perception of the Company is created for all Customers.
Driving the culture for continuous improvement.
Report writing and data analysis.
Monitoring of KPI¨s
Train, developing and assessing team members.
Delivery of best in breed service.
As a successful candidate you will have several years experience managing teams in a customer service environment, excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be self motivated and have the ability to motivate others.
