• Hello, I am lookiing for a person who can stay in my flat in the centre of Vienna from August, about 6 months or more. Monthly rent including maintenance costs, lighting and heating expense is 490 Euro. Itis very clean flat with dining kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, wc, and part-furnished. Several trams and underground are very near.
