question on residency permits

If I am married to a German citizen, and we have been married for three years before we moved to Germany, can I get a residency permit without the need for all these documents (especially the employer's declaration)?

Excuse me, do you know what you're talking about? Are you illegally here? Your posting is contradictorily.Normally, you would prior to moving in only have to apply and they usually grant.
