Buying a house in spain

• I'm an iranian national and want to buy a house in spain & i don't want to work there.
  I just want to live in spain.
  Is it possible to get a residency visa?

  I think there should be no problem for you to get the residency visa: you have to get it from Spanish Consulate in Iran.   I am owner of a house near Costa Brava (the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean sea) in Northeast of Spain.
