My client based in the heart of Marbella are an Accountancy firm specialising in the provision of tax, legal and accountancy services mainly to non Spanish clients along the Costa del Sol. Currently the Managing Director is looking for a Personal Assistant. Some of your responsibilities with regards to administration duties will be to ensure the office runs smoothly, some client liaison, diary management, client invoicing, all debt collection, and some general bookkeeping. In addition you will supervise the other administration staff and sometimes when needed cover reception in the absence of the full time receptionist. There is a generous base salary in place and good holiday entitlement per year plus all the relevant bank holidays and there is the possibility to join the company’s private health care plan.
