Please help me to finde a flat in Barcelona

• I have surfed the net, with no good resulte. Any tips, if I want to finde a flat before I get to Barcelona? I'm staying there for 3 months.
  
  I need a parttime job too and I don't speak Spanish.
  
  I realize it's a lot to ask for, but if anyone out there can help me, please do!
