Money transfer Error

• dear sir,
  i sent money to india from Riyadh WAZARAT TMC Br last week(07-01-2009)still this amount has not been credited in my FATHER,S account, then i went again to re-check with the customer service and found out that there was an error in the A/C # with one digit wrongly entered by the bank, I lodged a complaint & was informed that to come after 4 - 5 days & was assured that this issue would be resolved by then.
  I would like you to look into this matter and to be rest assured.
