  i want to learn japanese language
  
  i can speak english and a lil of chinese ( Mandarin )
  
  anyone have any idea how can i learn japanese and how can i improve my chinese ?

  The best way to learn japanese is watching animes. Try watching Naruto from YouTube.
  
  Ok, so that is not the best way, it's the 2nd best way. The best way is to spend some time with the people who use that language. You can take a trip to Japan and spend some time learning the culture then hop over to China for the Mandarin.
