   Experience in Managing Region (Karachi) and regionally distributed Sales and Channel teams spanning across different states/cities/towns.
   Experience in Managing target account teams and Channel Partner (CPs). Managing sales accounts with CPs as extended team.
   Training and monitoring teams both internal and external CP teams on high performance culture.
   Experience in dealing with organizations across the strata, both small and medium organizations including start ups.
   Responsibilities include handling the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment, setting up a Channel network, Enablement plans, educating client’s Sales teams on managing the benefits of Channels and bringing in a Performance focused Channel culture.
  
  Profile/Skills Required
  
   Graduates/Post-graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience
   Excellent Sales skills, Negotiation, Persuasion and Presentation skills
   Strong Client/Customer focus
   Good Communication Skills
   Good Analytical Skills
   Excellent skills in relationships building and maintenance
