  am a non saudia woman who is engaged to a saudia man in the uk, we were waiting for a decision from his goverment to accept our marriage, and after over 3months of waiting its been refused and we dot now wht to do as the goverment threatend him to take away his job form him if he go ahead and married me?? i cant understand this law, as muslim women i cant see how islam will stop a man and a woman to be together in the right way?? i need some helpand advice pls if you can as i am lost and dot now wht to do and i love this man very much as i never seen such honest man like him.

  hi noor ,i had similar problem and unfortunately we did not get the solution!Im european who was planning to be with a saudi man ,we wanted to marry ,,but it did not happend and will not happend! First coz of his country ,and second coz of his family!all what we happend we get separated coz he can not get visa for Europe so easy and he has to go back to Saudi!and now he is going to get marry any saudi girl not because of love ,,only coz his family wants that!
  
  Sure from here the decission is urs.You can try to marry somewhere abroad but ur marriage will be illegal in Saudi! Its difficult....but typical practise for Saudi Arabia to destroy the happy lifes!
