Working in romania

Currently volunteering in London,(26Yrs old) tho from UK would like to work(prefeably paid) in Romania with children with learning diifficulties from Jan09 till June09, where do i find jobs and do I need visa or is it best to do thru voluntentary route??

Can anybody put an information regarding the visa issuing authority of Romania for Bangladeshi citizen in Bangladesh ? This is really an important info for all. Peoples don't know about this, but all the time seeking invitation from Romanian.
