maltreating to the employee

• Our employer is not very nice to us,she maltreat and if her kids hitting us,she's on their side if she cant find the things she needed she's scolding us and saying not a very nice words to us what is the best thing we do?

  You should never allow her kids to hit you because as per your contract hitting and saying bad words to you is not written in your contract.
  
  You have the right to complain at the nearest embassy if these thibngs always happen.
