inteminity from the company

• I was working from 1993 to 2005 with al mulla company . Some managers trap me and terminate me they force me to write dome letter and take signature from me. I went leagel department to get the proper judgement. Iwas not get any proper. jusgement from Legel department in Behbhani complex. Then I went to shabb i get permission to tranfer my residence permit. For my intiminity it was tranfer to ministry of judgespalace still I was not get any proper judgement. This is the rule in kuwait the man working with any private firm. He will not able to get any intiminity from the acompany. In the company it self they lot of mony our settlement the managers want to take as bonus. from where I will get the proper judgement please give me answer to my mail id [email removed]

• residence tranfer permit

  I was working with al mull company After 8 years they are not agree to incrteased my salary I got a good offer from new company I resign from the company then they agree and ask me new sponser letter and bring the paper from the Minstry judges palace to get all intiminity from the company. I give the that letter and new sponser letter after15 day now they are saying we will not allow to tranfer your residence there is no ruls and regulation for the labours please give me answer.
