born kuwait

• I am non muslim Born kuwait 1961 I stayed in kuwait for 14 years as residence of kuwait
  now i am citizen and resident of india.
  is there any specialconcession or provision for born kuwait to vist kuwait/ seek permannant residence kuwaiteconsulate can help ?

  There is NO CHANCE IN HELL for you or any foreigner born in Kuwait to get Permanent Residence or Kuwaiti Citizenship.

  YES THERE IS NO CHANCE AT ALL EVEN YOU STAYED HERE FOR 50 YEARS. MAY BE THERE ARE CHANCES BUT THEY GIVE THIS PRIORITY TO MUSLIM PEOPLE AND WHO HAD A BIG CONTRIBUTION IN THIS COUNTRY.
  
  BUT LIKE YOU CERTAINLY IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. TO GET A VISIT VISA YOU NEED A SPONSOR OR APPLY INT HE CONSULATE IN YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.
