Obtaining visa

• Hi, I have worked in kuwait for 1yr and 5 months. My working permit was cancelled already by my employer but my residency visa was not cancelled, I am absence in kuwait since Nov. 21, 2008 and presently here in my home country(Philippines). I have new job offered to me by new employer in Kuwait. I just want to know if there will be any problem in processing of my papers in obtaining visa for me. Thank you and regards.
