help

• i bought a very expensive ticket to philippines via london (as I need to attend my bf's sister's wedding on the way back to ireland. now i just finished my application the other day. the first available biometrics data appointment is 08th August (in dublin) and i am flying on 09th August, would i be able to get the visa the same day...???? help!!????
