Student Visa querie

• Hi I'm a student visa holder in UK, my course is a work base curriculum. I am not happy anymore with my workplace but the agency that help me to be here is holding me back to stay on the work, they told me that they will revoke my visa if I insisted to transfer, but I am doing well with my studies and work. it's just that my work is getting too heavy for me because of under staffing that my health is being compromised. Can I transfer to another place without the help of them? Could i just apply for myself? please help! I am desperate!
