Documentary evidence for Maintenance (Funds)

• HI,
  
  Can anyone tell me how to provide Documentary evidence for Maintenance (Funds) for my self and my wife(dependant). what I understand is, if I am applying today I have to submit my previous 3 months bank statement(July, aug, sep) showing 4400 GBP, Is my understanding correct?
  
  This months I have 5000 GBP , but last month and previous month I only had 4000 GBP on my account. Is it OK if I submit the bank statement with teh above fund status.
  
  I have cashline account in which I have anough fund to show for the last 3 months. will they accept my cash line account statement?

  Your fund should not fall 4400 GBP(with dependant) in last 3 months. It is safer if you request a last 3 month statement from your bank with stamp on it and a covering letter (what you call bank certificate) in their letter head.
